The granddaughter of President John F. Kennedy, died on Tuesday following a recent announcement of a uncommon blood cancer diagnosis.

Her passing was shared in a public statement from the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Our beloved Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”
Understanding the Illness
Within a published essay late last year, it was shared that she had been found to have a type of blood cancer with a rare mutation.
This form of cancer is a cancer that targets the bone marrow and blood cells.
